Gulf Haven Campground, LLC. Rules

 

  •  Office Hours are 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

 

  •  Check-out time is 12 PM (noon). Please come in to re-register by 10:00 AM... based on availability. Rates are based on two persons per unit.

 

  •  Garbage and Trash: Please place in trash dumpster located on east entrance of the park.

 

  •  Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM.

 

  •  Restrooms and showers are open 24 hours. Please pick up after yourself.

 

  •  Park speed limit is 5 MPH.

 

  •  No generators, please.

 

  •  Per local Fire Codes, only two (2) vehicles per unit are permitted on park property.

 

  •  Repair of vehicles on property is not permitted. Washing of vehicles to be done at pump area only. Check with the office for availability.

 

  •  No "grey water" allowed on grounds.

 

  •  We have a clean park. Please do not drop cigarettes butts or paper on ground.

 

  •  No Refunds. Daily rate will apply to all short term stays. (i.e. Early termination of weekly or monthly rentals.) We reserve the right to rent a monthly site that has been temporarily vacated.

 

  •  When the weekly or 30 day payment is late, the rate will automatically revert to the daily rate for each day rent is late.

 

  •  No type of business can be operated on park premises including, but not limited to child care services.

 

  •  No illegal substances of any kind will be permitted on park property. Drinking alcoholic beverages is not allowed outside of your RV.

 

  •  No outside clothes lines are permitted.

 

  •  No assignment or subletting (full or partial) of property is allowed.

 

  •  Both cats and dogs are to be leashed at all times. This is a City of Gulfport ordinance ("Leash Law") and will be enforced on park property. Pets are to be kept under control at all times. No food left outside, do not tie up animals, and excessive barking will not be tolerated.

 

  •  Clean up after pets.

 

  •  Pets are not allowed in the office area and/or restrooms.

 

  •  Example of types of dogs not permitted on park property: Rottweiler’s, Doberman’s, Chow’s, Pit Bull’s, German Sheppard’s, and any other mixture of large breed dog with attributes of above stated types.

 

  •  Any liability arising from pets (including birds, reptiles, ect.) will be solely the responsibility of the owner. Park management and/or owner of park assume no responsibility for pets. 

 

  •  Please be respectful of others: No foul language, loud music, vandalism, rowdy behavior, or any ill-mannered conduct will be tolerated on park property.

 

  •  No property can be stored under or around tenants RV. No garbage bags or trash cans. Please keep your area clean and neat.

 

  •  No additions or tents are to be added or set up on park property.

 

  •  When mandatory evacuation orders are given by the City of Gulfport or the Office of Civil Defense, all tenants are expected to evacuated premises. All utilities and amenities will be disconnected when evacuation orders are given.

 

  •  All vehicles kept on park property must meet state (your home state) requirements for registration, tags, and vehicle inspection stickers. Failure to have proper vehicle documentation, results in having vehicle towed at tenants expense.

 

  •  Boats, campers, cars, trucks, trailers, ect. owned by tenant and stored on park property will be the responsibility of the tenant. The management and/or park owner is not responsible for damages incurred by or during storage.

 

  •  The park does not provide any type of insurance for the tenant’s personal property. Each tenant is responsible for obtaining personal property insurance. The park assumes no responsibility for personal injury or liability for family, servants, or any persons the tenant has invited onto premises.

 

  •  Children must be supervised at all times.

 

  •  For any default or breach of these rules, tenant agrees and understands that he/she will be responsible for paying any and all court costs and expenses incurred by the park as a result of the default or breach. Tenant further agrees that should an eviction order be given, they are to vacate the park's property immediately.

 

  •  If tenant is asked to vacate the park, or evicted, the tenant is expected to remove all of their personal property at once and will not be allowed bock on the property for any reason. If tenant is caught on park property, he/she will be considered trespassing and will be prosecuted.
